Your Complaint

I have already submitted a complaint directly with the railway company / transport association and didn’t receive an answer for four weeks or received an unsatisfying answer.*

You can send us up to 7 files, each with a maximum volume of 1.5 MB.

Allowed file extensions are: .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .png, .tif, .pdf, .xml, .doc, .docx, .xls, .xlsx, .bmp, .ppt, .pptx, .msg, .eml.
