The Agency for Passenger Rights (apf). A service provided by the Ministry of Transport for rail, bus, ship and air transport.

Simple, free of charge and commission – it is the task of apf to help passengers obtain justice. In cases of dispute with the company we ensure rapid and binding solutions and compensation.

The high rate of success (over 90 percent) in arbitration procedures proves our enforcement strength and ensures greater quality in public transport.
